Deborah has more than 20 years of experience selling, recruiting, and leading within the staffing industry, and her firm is nationally recognized for “staffing the staffing industry.” In addition, DCS Consulting and Staffing partners with organizations across multiple industries to place high-impact professionals in human resources, sales, and sales leadership roles—particularly in environments where meeting company goals, driving revenue, and building strong teams are critical.

Deborah brings over two decades of hands-on experience managing, hiring, mentoring, and training recruiters, consultative sales professionals, sales managers, and executive leaders. She has led teams and regions with full P&L responsibility, ranging from small offices to operations exceeding $25 million in revenue.

Known for her ability to quickly identify, attract, and deliver top-tier talent, Deborah has successfully supported clients across a wide range of industries, including sales, IT, engineering, staffing, accounting and finance, administrative and clerical, customer service, human resources, hospitality, light industrial, and emerging markets. Her background as a sales leader enables her to deeply understand performance-driven cultures and align candidates who can meet—and exceed—business objectives.

Deborah is also recognized for her strong sales track record, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly while consistently achieving revenue goals. She maintains a deep professional network and has served as President of the Colorado Staffing Association (2004–2005), as a Board Member from 2002 to 2018, and as a Board Member of the American Staffing Association in 2007. Deborah earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2011.

Mark Skender

Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with a proven track record across both operating and recruiting roles. He is a full life-cycle recruiter whose expertise spans business development, building and leading recruiting teams, executive search, and P&L management.

He began his career with Kodak’s Professional Division, where he worked with offset lithographers, providing equipment and consumable solutions. His client base included some of the largest printing organizations in North America, such as RR Donnelley, World Color, Quebecor, and Quad Graphics. Many of these clients produced high-volume advertising and marketing materials, and Mark ultimately managed a $65M business unit.

As the industry evolved, Mark transitioned from print advertising into digital advertising, gaining hands-on experience with search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media, display advertising, and deals-based advertising models.

Throughout his career, a consistent focus has been hiring and developing top talent—primarily in sales and sales leadership. Mark is known for his ability to identify the right fit, balancing skills, culture, and long-term business impact.

In 2017, Mark joined DCS Consulting and Staffing, where he serves as Director and full-desk recruiter. He partners with organizations across multiple industries to place high-impact professionals in human resources, sales, and sales leadership roles—particularly in environments where driving revenue, achieving growth objectives, and building strong teams are critical.
